Food Recommendation
Matches particularly well with vegetable stew, mild curries, or delicate fish and white meat such as chicken, turkey, and veal.

Tasting note
This is a wine having a splendid yellow gold colour,  very complex flavour, elegant, with fine hues of perfectly ripened water melon and pineapple. Its taste is rather peppery and spicy, a typical Veltliner with a powerful, multi-layer but elegant finish on the palate.

Food Recommendation
Perfect match all the Bohemian and Moravian classics, even with a bit fatty ones. As for the fish, it goes extremely well with roast salmon or trout in crunchy almond crust.

Tasting note
This is a wine of beautiful golden-yellow colour, with an expressive fruity flavor of oranges, leeches, quince, ripened apricots, mango and pineapple and with pleasant decent minerality. A wine of profound full taste, multi-layer and complex with piquant, thrilling spicy taste on the palate. The overall impression is harmonious, elegant and very fresh, with an almost creamy softness.

Food Recommendation
Excellent with antipasti, fish, shellfish and seafood, as well as white meat.

Tasting note
Wine of greenish-yellow straw colour, with a fine aroma of ripe black current and gooseberry, of grass that has been just mowed and a sharp scent of nettle. This wine has a pleasant fruity taste, with a light touch of green pepper. It has a harmonious finesse, it is pleasantly elegant, with profound minerality and a very fine finale on the palate.

Food Recommendation
A perfect aperitif or great match to seafood, fish, poultry, or spicy dishes of South-Eastern Asia. Try Spaghetti with Green Pesto and Parmiggiano or country classic: Trout ala Meuniere.

Tasting note
Dry white wine of pale yellow colour with golden rims. Discreet yet complex bouquet of flowers and exotic fruit is supported by slightly toasty and nutty aromas with a hint of spice and tobacco. Powerful and fruity yet well balanced by its lively acidity and warming alcohol. An attractive wine with a rich texture, yet still refreshing and very appetizing. Long multi-layered and refreshingly mineral aftertaste.

Food Recommendation
Very versatile food accompaniment – from traditional Moravian to Pan-Asian cuisine; from seared scallops to stir fried meat and vegetables; this wine is a very charming partner to a large range of dishes without imposing its own character but supporting the tastes of a variety of ingredients.

Tasting note
The delicate, fruity aroma of Pinot Noir variety (Rulandské modré) is characterized by its flavor of wild forest berries, touch of strawberry and very fine spiceness. It has a velvety softness in the mouth, well balanced fresh acidity and a pleasantly warm finale. A very noble wine.

Food Recommendation
Great match to roasted salmon, goose or duck, but also goes well with lamb or venison. Try it with roast duck with red cabbage and Carlsbad-style dumpling.

Deep ruby colour with purple flashes, mineral spicy flavor and intensive aroma of wild forest berries with a piquant spicy hue. In the mouth you can easily recognize full, delicate taste and juicy texture; this is a multi-layer wine with a long and fine finale.

Food Recommendation
Goes very well with all sorts of roast meat, steaks, wild goose, game with hearty sauces, breast of duck, as well as well-matured cheese.

Tasting note
A popular Moravian specialty – a cross-bread of red Traminer and Mueller Thurgau. This variety is characterized by a strong aroma and velvety smooth structure, with a deep and profound golden-yellow colour. Our Pálava wine  is a  great wine with full body and a good potential for maturing in the bottle. I has a well expressed flavor of apricots, peaches, rosies, forest honey and spices. Its taste is pleasantly fruity, with  thrilling, piquant, spicy hues. In the finale it is balanced between pleasant acidity and sweetness.

Food Recommendation
Enjoy this specialty well chilled as an aperitif or with fruity desserts – Lemon Cheese Cake.
