Tasting note
GREEN will present itself with the fresh aroma reminding the flavour of apples and exotic fruit that have been just harvested. This is a wine having a light body and, at the same time, the unmistakable pleasant flavor with typical peppery pungent taste on the palate. Simply a typical, fresh and spicy Veltliner.

Food Recommendation
Goes well as an aperitif or with the whole menu, as well as an ideal wine for enjoying it with your family or the circle of your friends.

Tasting note
PINK is a finely fruity wine, with a flavour of wild forest berries and cherries that transcend into delicate, fine spicy taste. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with surprisingly full body.

Food Recommendation
A refreshing wine for warm days, a superb match with antipasti, poultry or grilled fish. Goes well also with fresh fruit dessers.

Tasting note
RED pleasantly suprises with a splendid ruby colour and pronounced bouquet reminding of cherries and sour cherries. Juicy texture on the palate, well-balanced acidity, fine minerality and slightly spicy medium-long finish.

Food Recommendation
Goes well with starters like antipasti, fresh cheeses, smoked trout, barbecues in summer, all types of pasta, roasted veal and pork, young venison, lamb warm vegetable and cheese dishes.
Our tip: Vienna Style Tafelspitz (boiled lean beef) served with beef broth, apple-horseradish dip and roasted potatoes.
